Staking is simple. Follow these steps to start earning rewards and help secure Moonwell.
Step-by-Step Staking Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Stake page. Go to the Moonwell app and find the Stake page.
Step 2: Select your network. Choose the network where you want to stake.
Step 3: Enter the amount. Type the amount of tokens you want to stake. You can see your available balance on the page.
Step 4: Approve the token allowance. Click Approve Staking. This asks your wallet to allow the staking contract to use your tokens. You only need to do this once per token type.
Step 5: Confirm the stake transaction. Click Confirm Stake to finalize your stake, and confirm the transaction in your wallet when prompted.
Step 6: Wait for confirmation. Wait for the transaction to execute on the blockchain. You'll receive stkWELL tokens on a 1-to-1 basis, representing your staked position.
After You Stake
Once your stake is confirmed, you immediately start earning staking rewards, which accumulate over time.
