To start the cooldown:
Navigate to the Stake page.
Find your staked position.
Click Activate Cooldown next to your staked tokens.
You'll continue to earn staking rewards during the 7-day cooldown period.

After 7 days have passed, you'll see a 2-day withdrawal window. To complete your withdrawal:
Navigate to the Stake page.
Find your cooldown indicator.
Click Withdraw to claim your tokens.
Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Your tokens are returned to your wallet.
