Getting your Moonwell Card takes eight simple steps.
Step 1: Connect your wallet. Start by connecting your crypto wallet to Moonwell. We support MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rabby, and other popular wallets.
Step 2: Enter basic details. Provide your full name and date of birth. Keep this information accurate, as it's used for identity verification.
Step 3: Provide your address. Enter your residential address. This is used for card delivery and KYC purposes.
Step 4: Verify your email. Confirm your email address. We'll send a verification link for you to click.
Step 5: Link your Telegram account. Connect your Telegram account to your Moonwell profile. This helps with account recovery and notifications.
Step 6: Complete KYC. KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity verification required by regulators. You'll need to provide:
A government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
A photo of your face for verification
Address proof (optional, depending on your location)
The process is quick and typically completed in minutes.
Step 7: Select your card design. Choose how your card looks from the available designs.
Step 8: Get your card. Your virtual card is issued immediately, so you can start spending right away.
If you want a physical card, you can order it during this step. Physical cards ship to your registered address and typically arrive within 2 to 3 weeks.
